1. Shipping Coverage
- Service Area: Currently, we ship orders to addresses within the United States.
- Exclusions: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
2. Processing Time
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.
- Handling & Preparation: Most items are prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days. Larger fixtures may require additional time due to packaging and safety checks.
- Custom Orders: If your purchase includes a made-to-order or customized item, additional production time may apply. Estimated lead times will be displayed on the product page.
3. Shipping Methods
We partner with reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and specialized freight services depending on the size and weight of your order.
- Standard Shipping: Typically 15-25 business days after processing.
- Freight Delivery: Oversized items may ship via freight and require curbside delivery. The carrier will usually contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time.
- Expedited Options: If available, expedited shipping will be displayed at checkout for an additional cost.

- Large Deliveries: For bulky chandeliers and oversized lighting, please ensure that your space is prepared to receive the package (doorway clearance, freight access, etc.).
