Payment Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and other secure payment methods supported by Shopify Payments.

Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to check the delivery status at any time.

Shipping Time

Processing time is 1–3 business days. Standard delivery time is 15–25 days depending on your location.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at support@samtwo.com. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be modified.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused and undamaged items in original packaging. Please email us to begin a return request.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the situation.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Refund processing may take 5–10 business days.

International Shipping

We ship to selected countries. If your location appears at checkout, shipping is available.

Order Not Received

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please contact us so we can investigate the issue further.
